IFA have had to make a slight change to the process so anyone needing to complete their Access NI please follow the steps below:
Step 1 : Complete hard copy of Access NI Form. These forms are available from the Football Factory Office on the shelf on your right hand side as soon as you go through the office door (copy can also be emailed for printing at home if required)
Step 2: Complete online registration with Access NI by clicking the red link below.
You will be provided with a 10 digit code at this stage. This code must be noted on the written application form

Step 3: Completed application form and photocopies of 3 documents confirming ID (you will find information on the bottom of the application form confirming what documentation is acceptable) to be dropped in drop box in the Football Factory to be verified by Club representative before being forwarded to the Irish FA. You can also scan and send copies of ID to victoria.colby@hillsboroughboys.info but hard copy of application form must be returned to the drop box in the Football Factory. Drop box located immediately on your left hand side as you enter the Football Factory

Can I ask you make all coaches aware also that when filling the paper and online applications that all information matches the identification, ensure if they have middle names, they put them into the online applications and their current address has proof of them living there other wise Access NI will send the applications back.
