The primary focus at 360 Health Clinic is to support their clients to function as efficiently as they can. Education, prevention and maintaining healthy, strong bodies is a huge part of this. 360 Health are experts at movement analysis with their Pilates background and can offer a unique approach for our players. They are passionate about supporting sport development and can play an important role in ensuring players remain injury free and maximise recovery from injury.
360 Health Physiotherapy sessions provide assessment, treatment, education, home programmes, and rehabilitation focused on client led goals.
